You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where required, through cookie consent tools. Blocking cookies may affect some website or dashboard functionality.
8. Marketing Communications
If you register for a workshop, submit a form, enroll in a program, request information, or opt in to communications, we may send you educational, promotional, and follow-up messages by email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or similar channels where permitted by law.
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by using unsubscribe links, following opt-out instructions, or contacting us. Even after opting out, you may still receive transactional and service-related messages, such as OTP login emails, payment receipts, workshop reminders, class updates, dashboard access emails, certificate notices, and policy updates.
9. Children and Minors
KIDLIN may provide educational services to learners under 18, but minors may use the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians are responsible for the minor's registration, participation, conduct, use of tools, communications, and compliance with our Terms.
KIDLIN does not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If a learner is under 13, the parent or legal guardian must register on the learner's behalf, provide consent, supervise participation, and serve as the primary contact. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 without required consent, we will take appropriate steps to delete it or obtain consent as required by law.
Parents or guardians may contact us to review, correct, or request deletion of a minor learner's personal information, subject to legal, security, payment, record keeping, and operational requirements.
10. Learner Content
KIDLIN live programs are designed for real-time participation. We do not provide learner access to class replays as part of standard course access.
Please avoid sharing unnecessary personal information during live sessions, chat, assignments, projects, or community discussions. Some sessions may require interaction, and choosing not to participate may affect your learning experience.
Assignments, projects, survey responses, feedback, and other learner submissions may be used to provide instruction, feedback, support, progress tracking, and program improvement. We will not publicly use your testimonial, name, image, company, or project for marketing without your consent.
11. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain accounts, manage enrollments, issue certificates, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, maintain business records, and improve our programs.
Retention periods may vary by data type. For example, payment and transaction records may be retained for tax and accounting purposes; certificate records may be retained to verify completion; email logs may be retained to document communications; and dashboard data may be retained while your account remains active or as needed for business and legal purposes.
When information is no longer needed, we may delete, de-identify, aggregate, or securely retain it as permitted by law.
12. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These measures may include restricted access, secure hosting, OTP login, vendor controls, encryption where appropriate, monitoring, and internal procedures.
No website, internet transmission, email, video platform, payment system, or storage system is completely secure. You are responsible for using a secure email account, protecting your devices, and notifying us promptly if you believe your account or information has been compromised.
13. International Data Transfers
KIDLIN is based in the United States, and we may use service providers located in the United States, India, and other countries. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries that may have data protection laws different from those in your country.
Where required by applicable law, we will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.
14. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent; to opt out of marketing; or to appeal certain privacy decisions.
To exercise privacy rights, contact us using the information at the end of this Privacy Policy. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We may deny or limit requests where permitted by law, including where information must be retained for legal, security, tax, accounting, payment, dispute, certificate verification, or operational reasons.
15. California Privacy Notice
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, "CCPA"), may provide certain rights depending on whether KIDLIN is subject to the CCPA and how you interact with us. These rights may include the right to know, access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of personal information; the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; the right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information in certain circumstances; and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.
We do not sell personal information for money. If we engage in activities considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law, we will provide a method to opt out where required.
California residents may submit privacy requests using the contact information below. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and verification of identity.
16. EEA/UK Privacy Rights
If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws, including the rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to processing, data portability, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal and may affect your ability to use certain Services.
17. Third-Party Links and Tools
The Services may link to or integrate third-party websites, AI tools, payment processors, video platforms, community platforms, calendar tools, analytics providers, or other services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, content, or policies of third parties. You should review the privacy policies of third-party services before using them.
18. Automated Decision-Making
We do not currently use personal information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated decision-making. We may use analytics, segmentation, and automation to manage communications, reminders, marketing, support, and learner operations.
19. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. If we make material changes, we may notify you by email, dashboard notice, website notice, or other reasonable method where required by law.
